Eligibility
Most physical products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Food, groceries and services are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method or your CityOffers wallet within 5–7 business days (simulated in this demo).
Replacements
Damaged or incorrect items can be replaced at the vendor's outlet or via a doorstep pickup where available.
